01 One access point
One access point. Multiple everyday services.
Two purpose-built units, one system. The Drop-Off runs the access point; Pick-Up units add retrieval capacity beside it.
Drop-Off · the control unit
The unit that runs the access point
Everything that makes the access point intelligent sits in this one unit.
Industrial PC
Control board
Wi-Fi / 4G / 5G
21.5″ touchscreen
QR scanner
Label printer
It prints a QR label that ties the chosen service to the bag going into the basket — so orders identify themselves, ten a day or ten thousand.
Pick-Up · additional retrieval capacity
Where completed orders wait
Storage only. No screen, no controller — it takes its orders from the Drop-Off.
10 compartments
Electric lock per door
Infrared occupancy
Hanging rods
One scan opens the right door.
Additional pickup capacity can be added without duplicating the full customer interface.
Garment
Full-height bays for hanging items.
Parcels
Shorter compartments for boxes and returns.
Mixed
Both in one unit, for sites running several services.
Compartment layout is configured per site, and can be changed as services are added.
02 Services
Built for more than one errand.
One installation. Further services run on the same access point and the same app.
01
Garment care
Dry cleaning, laundry, pressing, and larger items.

02
Shipping & returns
Outbound parcels and online returns. Compare carriers, print the label at the unit.
Planned
03
Alterations & specialty care
Hemming, repairs, shoe, sneaker and handbag care.
Planned
04
Fashion
Collect, try at home, exchange or return.
Planned
Service availability varies by location and is confirmed per site at launch.
03 How it works
The same four steps, whichever service it is.
One access point, one app. Adding a service does not change the routine.
Step 01
Order in the app
Choose the service. The price is shown before you leave.
Step 02
Drop at the unit
The QR label prints on the spot. One scan opens the door.
Step 03
Processed on the route
Collected on a scheduled route, handled by our service partner, returned to a Pick-Up compartment.
Step 04
Collect anytime
Notified when ready. One scan opens the right compartment, 24/7.

Compare carriers in the app
Rates from several carriers side by side — choose on price or speed. Or bring a pre-paid return from any store.
The label prints here
It prints at the Drop-Off. Stick it on the parcel and put it in. No printer at home.
We hand it to the carrier
Our team collects it on the route and passes it over.
Carrier tracking takes over
Follow our steps in the app until the carrier's own tracking picks it up.
Fashion
Planned · delivery first
Order in the app
Shop, and send it to your access point instead of your door.
It arrives at Pick-Up
Brought in on the same route, into a Pick-Up compartment.
Collect and try it
One scan to collect, then a short trial window at home.
Back into Drop-Off
Only if you exchange or send it back. Same unit, same scan.
No on-site staff · No scheduled pickup windows · No handoff to a person
04 Engineering
Built from the ground up. Designed from the inside out.
We studied proven unattended-service systems, then engineered our own cabinet, electronics, locking and sensing. Every view comes from the production CAD.

Connectivity
Antenna and an industrial communication module — Wi-Fi, 4G / 5G and Bluetooth — so every unit stays online without building IT.
01 · 02
Computing
An industrial computing module runs the access point locally and syncs with the cloud.
16
Sensing
An internal ultrasonic load sensor monitors the basket; infrared occupancy sensors in every Pick-Up compartment know whether a door holds an order.

Identification
21.5″ touchscreen, barcode / QR scanner and an on-board label printer tie each bag to its order. An audio-navigation keypad keeps it accessible.
06 · 07 · 14 · 15 · 17
Secure access
Electronically locked hopper door for customers, a separate basket door for operators, and a status light bar that shows the unit's state at a glance.
03 · 04 · 11 · 12
Environmental control
UV-C sterilization with active ventilation inside the cabinet.
05 · 08
Smart retrieval
Pick-Up units add ten electronically locked compartments each, with infrared occupancy sensing and hanging rods for garments.
