These terms cover your use of proxalo.com. They do not cover the Proxalo service itself — using an access point or the app is governed by the service agreement you accept at sign-up.

What this site is

An informational site describing Proxalo, its hardware and the services planned for it. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or a promise of availability in your building.

Services marked "planned"

We label each service honestly. Garment care is live in test. Shipping and returns, alterations and specialty care and fashion are marked planned, which means exactly that: they are intended, not running. Plans change, and timelines can move. Which services run at a given location is confirmed for that site at launch and depends on the processing partners serving it.

Figures and specifications

Dimensions, compartment counts and installation requirements are taken from production drawings and are accurate at the time of writing. Hardware is refined over time, so treat them as current specification rather than a fixed guarantee, and confirm anything you intend to rely on.

Intellectual property

The Proxalo name and logo, the site's text, images, drawings and 3D models, and the hardware designs they show, belong to WashEra Inc. A patent application covering the system is filed with the USPTO. You may not reuse this material commercially without written permission.
