This notice covers proxalo.com, the website you are reading. Proxalo is a brand operated by WashEra Inc., Reston, Virginia.

What this website collects

Nothing. This site is a set of static pages. It has no contact forms, no accounts, no analytics or tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies of its own. We do not build a profile of you from your visit.

Two things you should know anyway

Your hosting provider keeps server logs. Like any website, requests for these pages reach a web server that records standard technical information such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser type. These logs exist for security and reliability, not for marketing.

Typefaces load from Google. The page requests its fonts from Google Fonts. That request goes to Google's servers and, as with any request, your IP address is visible to them. If you would rather that did not happen, a content blocker will stop it and the site will simply fall back to a system typeface.

If you contact us

The email and phone links on this site open your own mail or phone app. When you write or call, we hold what you send — your name, your contact details and the content of your message — so that we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone outside WashEra Inc. except where the law requires it. Write to us if you want that correspondence deleted.

The Proxalo service and app

Using a Proxalo access point or the Proxalo app is separate from browsing this website, and it does involve personal data: your account details, your orders and the record of each drop-off and collection. That handling is described in the terms you accept inside the app. If you have a question about it before signing up, ask us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email contact@proxalo.com and we will respond.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
